Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga allows yoga modifications that reduce pressure on different bones and muscles as needed. This practice empowers you to strengthen core muscles and mental stamina while increasing your spinal and shoulder flexibility. This is taught in person at Kalo Fitness on Tuesday’s 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Class limited to four (4) per class.

Integrative Health Coaching

We may use movement, mindfulness, nutrition or motivational interviewing to get to the core of what is holding you back. Then we will create steps to help you overcome those blocks and achieve the well-being you desire.

Stretch & Align Yoga (Online)

With my guidance, you will experience and thoroughly examine each yoga pose, often involving the use of props for heightened precision. Attend weekly sessions live via Zoom or receive a link to replay a session at your convenience.

HeartMath

Our intimate community meets weekly in person for 1 hour for 4 weeks. You will experience a game-changing shift and discover how your heart rhythm patterns reflect your inner state. You will also finish with a solid foundation of inner balancing tools. Contact me to learn more about our next HeartMath workshop.

Restore & Meditate Yoga

While supporting your body with props, you will alternate between stimulating and relaxing your body to move toward balance through Restorative Yoga (Yoga Nidra). You are conscious but between awake and asleep. In-home private sessions for a small group are available. Contact me to learn more about scheduling.

Nutrition

As your Master Nutrition Therapist, I’ll guide you to discover and develop a practical action plan that you can sustain and that gets you results. This may include anti-inflammatory eating, elimination diets, mindful eating or snack and meal prep.
